Not for beginners only, this workshop will help you characterize the yarn you make.
You will create a sample notebook, learn to measure your yarn, and practice, practice, practice. It is intended to prepare you for weaving with your singles.
This is a PDF download only; besides supplying your own fiber, you will need
3 ring binder, note paper, pen or pencil
a wooden yardstick or a self healing cutting mat that you can stick pins into
a McMorran yarn balance
a gram or ounce scale
a clock or timer

How eye opening to be able to control my singles and use them - save time and energy when creating fabric.

I concur with review on the full workshop, I was suprisd by the limited number of pages to this workshop. But I am loving it, and following it,and it does give me a better way to evaluate what I am spinning. Concepts in this workshop extends beyond the realm of spinning cotton! I have given myself a time limit of at least one month before I reach out and purchase workshop #2, which is now, but I still need to work a bit more with the current one.
