Product Overview

Choose either 100% organic cotton or Dye-Lishus® cotton, an intimate blend of 50% organic cotton and 50% conventional cotton treated to accept any dye.

These yarns are formulated for weaving, but can be used for knitting lace weight items as well. 4200 yards per pound or 456 yards in 50 grams. Wraps at 40 wraps per inch.

Mill cones are approximately 4 pounds.

    Cotton.... or silk?

    I could tell when I began winding my first warp with this yarn, I'd love it. It felt like silk in my hand, light and smooth. I'm weaving Shibori blanks for dyeing at a later time. The scarves are lightweight and have a luxurious feel. I know they will gather nicely and show off the patterns I am weaving.
